Our support centre will become the hub for the LGBT community, providing various services to you at no cost. The focus of the centre will be to offer advice, support and guidance on LGBT issues to those that need it.

Through this centre we plan to offer face to face meetings, on and off site, email and web based support services.

Our services will not be limited to members of the LGBT community; instead will focus on integrating our community into the wider society around us by building on social inclusion for everyone. We can achieve this through educating and advocating acceptance for LGBT people within schools, businesses and public services.

Additionally we aim to offer a permanent place to house several of the charities that work within our town, including:
BOLGaF — Berkshire Older Lesbian, Gay Forum
A social group for the older generation to meet up and support
Reading Pride — An organisation that provides an annual festival to celebrate acceptance within the Thames Valley
Broken Rainbow — Domestic Violence help for same sex couples
Kenric — A social group for lesbians
Gay Berkshire — A network of governing and voluntary organisations
NHS — Health services
LGBT Disability Network — A social network for those affected by disability
Albert Kennedy Trust — Housing advice

The charity will work with several organisations to deliver services through referrals to LGBT friendly organisations that specialise in certain fields, including:
Local Authorities — Benefits and social housing advice.
Solicitors and Lawyers — Offering advice on Civil Partnerships, Wills, and Gay Parenting rights
Job Agencies — Offering CV writing skills and working with LGBT friendly employers.
TVPS— a sexual health charity predominantly providing support to those affected by HIV in Berkshire
Unions — offering union representation and advice
Doctors/Clinics
Fostering Services
